Golf is a game of focus.
The focus should be of the target not of the ball.
Blind people can play. The ball never moves.
The more a player focuses on the ball the less the chance of rotating. Rotating to the target is how your weight transfers in the swing. It enables you to compress the ball and get it up in the air.
If your golfing buddy tells you “keep your head down and I’ll watch the ball,” don’t listen to him. Focus on the target and swing to the target, and your weight will transfer.
You will say goodbye to top shots and chunk shots. Focus...on...the...target!
