On Aug. 3, 2019, Lance Dale Waldren passed away peacefully in Eugene, Ore. He was born on Nov. 24, 1964, in San Pablo, Calif., to Dale and Beverly Waldren, the youngest of five children. Lance graduated from Henley High School in 1983. He married Glenda Steyskal in 1986 and they raised three children. Lance enjoyed his years in Klamath Falls working at the family business, T.P. Packing Company, and being involved in the agriculture community. After relocating his family, he became a police sergeant in Ketchikan, Alaska. He was a fine artist who worked in many mediums, especially making beautiful pottery. Lance was preceded in death by his father Dale Waldren. He is survived by his mother, his children Ashley (Michael) Reynolds, Jacob and Samuel, his grandchildren Alexis, Chloe, MaKenna, Lyla Reynolds and Thomas Waldren, his sisters Lori (Bill) Smith, Lonna (Bill) Fagan, and Melisa (Jerry) Walsh, his brother Rick, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
