A Klamath Falls woman has been charged for allegedly threatening another woman with a knife last month.
Stesha Ann Dammann, 29, was arrested May 27 for an incident on the 300 block of Martin Street.
The victim told police she was in her front yard when Dammann allegedly approached holding a large knife and threatened to slice the victim’s throat. Dammann allegedly waved the knife around and continued making threats and at least two witnesses confirmed the victim’s reports.
Dammann is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing and faces up to five years in prison. She was released on her own recognizance with orders to have no contact with the victim and to return to court July 23.
