“Phoenix, Oregon,” a movie filmed at a Klamath Falls bowling alley, just made its next step toward the red carpet roll-out.

Starring James Le Gros, Jesse Borrego and Lisa Edelstein, The premise of “Phoenix, Oregon” focuses on Bobby, played by Le Gros, and his friend, Carlos, played by Borrego, who decide to open up a run down bowling alley and fix it up in the town of Phoenix, according to previous reports.

Jama Films released the first official trailer of the feature on Friday, which made the rounds across social media.

Those who watch the trailer may instantly recognize shots of downtown Klamath Falls and The Daily Bagel, in addition to parts filmed inside of Hanscams Bowling Center along South Sixth Street.

“Phoenix, Oregon” has a production budget of less than $250,000. It’s already set to air at the Ashland Independent Film Festival Saturday, April 13.
