Artwork by Klamath Falls artists Doug Bourcy and Walt Evans are on display through December in the Klamath County Museum’s Modoc Gallery at Main and Spring streets.

An opening reception will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday. Entrance to the gallery is free during regular museum hour of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Bourcy, retired from a career as an art instructor in Klamath Falls City Schools, has several pottery pieces for sale.

Evans, a native of Gloucester, Mass., took up art as a hobby in 1973, painting in his garage after work hours in Downey, Calif. He has since produced more than 1,000 paintings and 3,000 drawings and has designed about 200 plates and vases.
