They’ll be kidding in more ways than one in performances for kids of “The Library at the End of the World” presented by the Little Linkville at 1 p.m. Saturday and 1 and 3 p.m. Sunday in the Linkville Playhouse.

Affordable tickets for the half-hour shows are $2. There’ll be more performances at the same times and days next weekend.

n Luke McMaster: Icons of Soul” will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Ross Ragland Theater. Tickets before transaction fees are $24, $19 and $15.

n The Spoken Word will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Klamath County Library with seven local poets sharing their compositions. They are Emily Stauss, Nicole Sanchez, Charlie McGonigle, Carol Imani, Alex Spenser, Sally Wells and Ron Crete.

n An opening artists reception for “The Artistry of Larry Heath and Morgan Newberry” will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in Klamath Art Association Gallery at 120 Riverside Drive, where their exhibit will continue through Sunday, April 28.
