Whether it’s old dogs (and their owners, any age) learning new tricks or just plain “old, but good” things, there are events coming up this weekend and during the week that will be enjoyable and educational.

On Saturday, Responsible Dog Ownership Day will be offered by the Klamath Dog Fanciers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park. Events will include races, demonstrations and carnival games, all involving dogs, a meet-the-breed scavenger hunt, prizes, a raffle, vendors and animal education for pet owners.
