TULELAKE - The Tulelake Honkers took their first lead with five seconds to go in the first half. They would never give it back.

The boys rebounded after a sluggish first half of play to pummel visiting Los Molinos, 42-19, in the second half to move into the quarterfinals of the California Interscholastic Federation North Section state tournament with a 71-47 victory Wednesday.

Should Oregon change its law requiring attendants to pump gas?

Drivers in New Jersey could soon pump their own gas under a bill being introduced in the Assembly. Under current law residents are not permitted to pump their own gas. New Jersey and Oregon are the only two states that require attendants to pump gas. Should Oregon change its law? Send comments to gobrien@heraldandnews.com
