Henley boys soccer overcame a sluggish start at home Tuesday and defeated fellow unbeaten Skyline Conference foe Mazama, 2-1.

After trailing early, Lake Peterson scored the game-winning goal for Henley in the 55th minute. Initially, Christian Ramirez appeared to be in position to give Henley the lead, but Mazama goalkeeper Eddie Moreno made a diving save. But Peterson was covering the back post and knocked in the rebound.
