Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., will host town halls in Lake and Klamath counties on Tuesday, April 2.
Merkley will be at the Lake County Courthouse, 513 Center St., at 10 a.m. and at Klamath Community College’s student commons, 7390 S. Sixth St., at 2:30 p.m.
The town hall sessions come on the heels of events the previous day in Josephine, Curry and Jackson counties.
Merkley will be updating constituents on his work in Washington, D.C., and answering questions and inviting suggestions about how to tackle the challenges facing Oregon and America, according to a news release.
“Talking directly to Oregonians in every county is a great way to hear about the issues folks want me to fight for in Washington,” Merkley said. “I urge all residents of Josephine, Curry, Jackson, Lake and Klamath counties to come and share their opinions and work with me to make our state and nation a stronger place.”
