One man was stabbed and a Klamath Falls woman was arrested Sunday morning after an altercation between three people.

Sheila Maria Kerekes, 35, 2725 Kane St., was arrested on first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon charges after she allegedly stabbed 28-year-old Michael King, according to a news release from the Klamath Falls Police Department.

Sheila Kerekes is being held in the Klamath County Jail on $110,000 bail.

Joseph Kerekes was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bail.

King was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries and released, said hospital spokesman Tom Hottman.
