Thumbs Down: Again, times are tough, and there’s a lot of stress to deal with. But there’s no good reason to take it out on anyone else, especially loved ones. ... Klamath Crisis Center hotline might be a lifeline for prevention or for victims to get help: 884-0390 or 1-800-452-3669. ...
Thumbs Up: “Good Job” to everyone involved with getting food in the bellies of hungry kids at Fairview Elementary. ...
Thumbs Up: To street/snow management. We’re calling it, “so far, so good.”

Or maybe the city can do its job and remove the snow the right way with our tax money and others wont need to spend even more money on a 4x4. Its just a thought. "

" I live in the county and they are doing a pretty good job this year all I see that needs to improve is when everything warms up and then freeze again it makes the roads rough to drive on. Do what you can for the intersections if you cant get through then maybe you should buy a 4x4 or find a differant way to get where you are going. "

" How come our officials paid by our taxes get to have offical vehicles with plows on them and drive them home??? How come on my trips from yonna valley to bonanza I have to drive over a mound of snow on hildebrand from some city/county employee with his plow equppied truck paid by our taxes???? I dont find that acceptable at all! "

" I have to agree, it's going well this year. BUT, if it snows the way it did last year, please find an alternate route at 2:00am other than Summers Lane to move the snow. Those trucks last year were sooooo loud, i couldn't get a good nights sleep in weeks. Please find an alternate route like Washburn. "

" I agree the roads are more clear this year, I was dreading going any where cause of the roads being bad but they were actualy clearer then last year, I only slid a couple times and that was in the inersection of South six and Washburn. I like how the city is handeling the snow this year, I feel much more safer. Thanks City of Klamath Falls "

" It seems that the City has responded to the complaints about the dbl standard they had in regards to snow removal...nice to see the sidewalks the city is responsible for getting cleared off. I must say I am surprised..and darn it..one less thing for me to complain about! "

" My thoughts exactly Larry G! ODOT also needs to get with the progam on S. 6th. The berms in the center and at the left turn lanes are disgraceful. Also, would it kill ODOT to put some gravel down at all intersections on S. 6th, especially Patterson. I have witnessed cars and trucks sliding sideways into the next lane it is so slick there. "

" Yes! Much better than last year. Who knows how much more snow we'll receive this Winter? Much smarter to keep it removed early before it becomes too much to manage. Good fore thinking City of Klamath! "
