LA GRANDE — For the second time this season, Oregon Tech outlasted Eastern Oregon on the volleyball court.

This time, though, the Hustlin’ Owls’ 25-19, 25-16, 21-25, 22-25, 15-9 victory over EOU allowed OIT to maintain its share of the Cascade Collegiate Conference lead with a 12-2 record.

OIT and The College of Idaho both are 12-2 after the Coyotes beat Southern Oregon in three games Saturday. Eastern and Southern both now are 11-3 in the tight battle for the conference crown.

OIT still have to travel to SOU (Oct. 28) and CofI travels to Eastern (Nov. 4).
