CALDWELL, Idaho — The College of Idaho avenged one of its two Cascade Collegiate Conference volleyball losses as the Coyotes nabbed out a 25-22, 25-18, 25-22 victory over Oregon Tech Friday. The win gave the Coyotes their 43rd homecourt victory in their last 44 matches and evened the series with OIT at 1-1, each team getting a three-game sweep on their own courts. The win also knotted the lead for the league lead. OIT, CofI, Eastern Oregon and Southern Oregon all are now tied for first place, all with 11-2 records in the conference. Eastern beat Southern Friday, 25-20, 30-28, 16-25, 16-25, 15-13. For more Oregon Tech sports, see page B2 of Saturday’s H&N.
