    As of Saturday evening, there were 127 people in the Klamath County Jail, which has a designed capacity of 152.

    David Wesley Barrick, 33, 2838 Crest St., four counts contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, four counts first-degree sexual abuse, four counts first-degree rape; held in lieu of $800,000 bail.

    Tia Dawn McCall, 22, Klamath Crisis Center, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault; held in lieu of $18,000 bail.

    Martin Ortiz-Velasquez, 30, transient, held for deportation.

    Jose Luis Silva-Fabela, 31, Redding, Calif., held for deportation.

    Charles Joseph Tumminello, 44, transient, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, false information to a police officer; held in lieu of $60,000 bail.

    Michelle Dawn Volkoff, 23, 3050 Crest St., third-degree assault, disorderly conduct; held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

    Spencer Andrew Lousignont, 22, 1103 California Ave., driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
