Man accused of online child sex charges

3 p.m., Friday, Sept. 5, 2008

A 56-year-old Klamath Falls man accused of encouraging child sex abuse will be in court Sept. 10 for a preliminary hearing.

Lee Kenducci Halout, 200 E. Main St., is charged with four counts of encouraging child sex abuse and two counts of online sexual corruption of a child.

In a court appearance this week, his bail was set at $50,000. He was being held at the Klamath County Jail.
