Debate heats up

A rally in response to the recent Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement was held on the afternoon of Thursday, January 17th outside the courthouse in downtown Klamath Falls. Some came to protest.

Others were just there to learn.

The meeting's purpose was to give different groups a voice on the issue, with a question and answer forum at the end.
