Water rolls below the Link River Dam Thursday afternoon after PacifiCorp raised gates in the dam to keep the lake from overfilling. Flows peaked at 4,000 cubic feet per second Thursday, but were expected to ramp down this weekend. The lake's surface today was about a half-inch below the maximum level set by the Bureau of Reclamation to protect dikes around various parts of the lake.
